Not yet admitted, or recently admitted?
Not everyone follows the traditional legal path – we didn’t! If you are working in, or have experience in the industrial relations field, reach out. This could be an opportunity for you to join the team and work towards admission as a lawyer, or to transition into a reputable law career.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll work across a broad range of employment law matters, acting primarily for employers on:
- Advisory work, including contracts, policies, and Award mapping
- Disputes, such as unfair dismissal, general protections, and discrimination claims
- Workplace investigations and strategic advice
- Litigation in other relevant courts and tribunals
- Providing support with EA negotiations
You’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your legal practice by acting for employees on complex or high- value employee matters.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2–5 years’ PAE or relevant comparable experience
- Has experience in employment law or industrial relations
- Is confident, pragmatic, and commercially minded
- Enjoys client contact and taking ownership of files
- Values collaboration, but doesn’t need micromanagement
- Contributes to business development and growth.
