Associate / Senior Associate – Employment Law (2–5 Years Post Admission Experience)

About the Role
In this role, you’ll work across a broad range of employment law matters, acting primarily for employers on:
- Advisory work, including contracts, policies, and workplace issues
- Disputes, such as unfair dismissal, general protections, and discrimination claims
- Workplace investigations and strategic advice
- Litigation in relevant courts and tribunals
You’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your legal practice by acting for employees on complex or high-value employee matters.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2–5 years Post Admission Experience
- Has experience in employment law or industrial relations
- Is confident, pragmatic, and commercially minded
- Enjoys client contact and taking ownership of files
- Values collaboration without needing micromanagement
- Contributes to business development and growth
